Method of payment

I collect the delivery code by paying the purchase price to the GLS Croatia delivery service.

User

The user is any natural or legal person who uses the services of this web shop, and uses them in accordance with the rules of conduct on the Internet. The user is obliged to enter accurate data where requested in the ordering process.

The customer

The buyer and contractual partner of Klinci mandolincia as the seller when concluding a purchase contract for online purchases is the person specified by the user in the webshop checkout in the "buyer information" section.

Klinci mandolinci, as a seller in the online store, acts and provides services in accordance with these terms and conditions and in accordance with legal regulations and other regulations of the Republic of Croatia.

Klinci mandolinci is liable for material defects of the product in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Obligations Act.

Formation and conclusion of the sales contract

The contract is concluded exclusively in the Croatian language.

After selecting a product and saving it to the cart, the user provides the necessary information about the customer, delivery address, and payment at the web shop checkout.

By clicking on "confirm order and payment", the user confirms the order and payment and thus gives a purchase order, i.e. for concluding a sales contract with the seller.

The user receives confirmation of receipt of their order from the web shop via email.

By selecting the "cash on delivery" option as a payment method, the user undertakes to pay the purchase amount to the delivery service upon receipt of the goods.

After receiving and processing the order, we deliver the goods to the specified address. If a product, despite careful planning and organization, cannot be delivered on time or at all, the user will be informed and consulted about other options. If the user does not agree with the proposed changes or delays, the user may cancel the order before concluding the purchase contract.

Klinci mandolinci reserves the right to withdraw from the purchase contract in case of product unavailability or other difficulties, about which it will inform the user.

The purchase contract is concluded at the time of issuing the invoice.

Delivery

Ordered products are delivered to the customer at the address provided when confirming the order.

Delivery is made through the GLS Croatia delivery service.

If the delivery service and Klinci mandolinci fail to contact the customer and deliver the goods within a reasonable time and in a minimum of three attempts due to incorrect address information or for other reasons, the purchase contract is automatically terminated and Klinci mandolinci will stop delivery.

Complaints

For all defects that are visible on the product, the customer has the right to make a complaint to the e-mail address: natalija.jaksic0@gmail.com. The seller is responsible for material defects of the product. In case of complaints about the purchased product, we will act in accordance with the provisions of the Obligatory Relations Act.

The consumer's right to unilaterally terminate the sales contract

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, buyers and consumers have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract concluded for products on the web shop as follows.

You may unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days without giving any reason from the date of taking possession of the goods. To exercise your right to unilaterally terminate the contract, you must notify us of your decision by sending a statement by e-mail to our e-mail address: natalija.jaksic0@gmail.com.

Form for unilateral termination of contract.

In case of unilateral termination of the contract, we will refund the amount paid, after the goods are returned to us in unused and correct condition and in the original undamaged packaging.

The costs of returning the goods in case of unilateral termination of the contract by the buyer are borne by the buyer.

In accordance with Article 79 of the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer does not have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract if:

the service contract was fully fulfilled by the merchant, and fulfillment began with the explicit prior consent of the consumer and with his confirmation that he is aware of the fact that he will lose the right to unilaterally terminate the contract from this section if the service is fully fulfilled.
the subject of the contract is goods that are made according to the consumer's specification or that are clearly adapted to the consumer.

Any disputes that arise will be resolved by the parties via the ODR platform: you can access the ODR platform here, which means that you can submit all your possible complaints in a faster and simpler way at the link above.

Complaints can be submitted in any of the 23 official languages ​​of the EU.

Replacement guarantee

Klinci mandolinsci will allow the exchange of the product for another one if the buyer so wishes, but for an unused and fully functional product in the original packaging. The shipping costs of the replacement are borne in full by the buyer.

The cost of shipping a replacement one way is 5 euros (VAT included in the price).

Product prices and shipping costs

All prices displayed on our web shop are in kuna and include VAT.

The customer receives an invoice for the delivered goods with the goods.

For everything not mentioned in these terms and conditions, the positive legal regulations of the Republic of Croatia apply.
